LumiCarta: Luminous charter, or light-bearing map

LumiCarta Institute will be a multi-acre campus in a rural setting in Washington State with lodging, creative workshops, conference center, climbing apparatus, wrestling and tumbling gym, music rehearsal rooms and performance space, amphitheater, sports courts, retail shop and farmers market.

A staff will live there and run the place.
